i imagine that the elf nukes are like viridi's reset bomb (basically obliterates any manmade things, including humans. leaving only nature and animals who are completely unharmed) from kit icuras, meanwhile the dark elves/drow are just spider nukes.

The only non-modded factions for the Empire have to be Solland, Reikland, and Sylvania, maybe have some other massive super threat too in the background.
